One of the more unique makers out there, Gabbard at Kreosote Boots is opening his books for pre-orders of these very special motorcycle boots. Coming in at an 8 inch height in Wickett & Craig Harness leather, these boots feature a ribbed shifter patch on the toe cap to help riders smoothly shift through their gears. Only ten of these bad boys will be made.
Alden x Ealdwine “Glenwood” Plain Toe Boot: $640
Now in stock at Ealdwine, these milkshake suede boots are built on Alden’s Barrie last with a 360 split reverse welt and commando soles.
Unmarked Concho Long Wing Brogues: $330
Ben recently made the case that dress shoe chonk is IN, and here Unmarked has an “amicus brief” of sorts to support that argument. These longwing bluchers come in a cherry cowhide paired with a natural crepe sole. I’ll say it again: C H O N K.
Alden Madison Straight Tip “Shaking Boot”: ~$625 (Crowdfunded)
Imagined up by @shaking.boots, these straight tip boots—if you should so choose to help fund them—will be made on the Barrie last in tobacco smooth chamois leather with a 360 split reverse welt and commando soles.
Tricker’s x Todd Snyder Stow Boot in Black Scotch Grain: $605
With blacked-out scotch grain and hardware paired with some rugged Goodyear commando soles, you can’t go wrong with these for a good pair of jack-of-all-trades black boots.
Alden x Brogue “5ZP Army” Boot in Humus Suede: $620
A new spin on Brogue’s “5ZP Army” PCT boots, these new Trubalance-lasted boots come in a smooth ‘n silky humus suede with a 360 flat welt and oiled double leather soles.
Red Wing 8875 Moc Toe in Oro Russet: $350
Red Wing has managed to recapture the colors of the OG Irish Setter Sport Boot from the 1950s. While this leather has made some limited appearances in the Asian and European markets, it is now finally available for a limited time in the USA. These boots are built on the 23 last in Red Wing’s classic 6-inch moc toe style, with a 360 flat welt and their Traction Tred Cushion Crepe wedge soles.
Alden Plain Toe Blucher in Tobacco Reverse Chamois: $609
Leffot has their hands on some pairs of this stock offering from Alden. Built on the Barrie last with a 360 split reverse welt and commando soles, these tobacco reverse chamois PTBs offer protection from inclement weather in a classic silhouette.
Tricker’s x The Bureau “Ripon” Boot in Oiled Brown Desert Oasis: ~$548
The Bureau and Tricker’s are back with another “Ripon” take on the Burford country boot, this time in some Oiled Brown Desert Oasis suede from C.F. Stead. Made on the 4497K last with a 360 storm welt and Vibram 2060 Sahara wedge soles.

Meanwhile, this other collab at The Bureau sees Tricker’s Malton country boot outfitted in Horween Natural Derby leather, built on the 4497 last with a 360 storm welt and Dainite soles.
Yuketen x The Bureau Loafer in G Brown Flesh Out: ~$651
The Bureau has some more cool exclusives available from Yuketen as well. First up, these rugged penny loafers in Yuketen’s G Brown Flesh Out (or roughout, as it’s otherwise known), made on their 1950s moccasin last with Vibram 2021 Sahara wedge soles.

Though perhaps not as wild as the beaver-fur’d Maine Guide boots we previously featured in this space, these Yuketens get quite a pop of color from that violet suede leather along the vamp. Also constructed on the 1950s moccasin last with Vibram 2021 soles.

Crazy-affordable South African shoemakers Jim Green surveyed members of the Game Rangers Association of Africa to help create the African Ranger, designed to keep these game rangers supported, comfortable, and quiet as they do their work in the African bush.
